The Trent Park Move
In October 2011, the University's Board of Governors made the decision to close the Trent Park campus and move all teaching to our flagship Hendon campus. This move is part of our commitment to offering the best facilities and the best experience possible to our students.
Our Trent Park campus has served us well over the years and while it is a great location, its old buildings and the associated inflexible planning permissions have meant we are unable to continue providing the state-of-the-art facilities required by a modern university.
Over the last few years we have made substantial investment in our Hendon campus, including building a number of fit-for-purpose teaching and social spaces as well as a complete renovation of the library this summer. Last October we moved our Art & Design students from the Cat Hill campus, while Media and English students also moved from Trent Park to Hendon.
All Trent Park students will be integrated on to the Hendon campus in October 2012, and we aim to make this move as easy as possible. If you have any concerns about how the move might affect you, please have a look at our FAQs section, attend an information surgery, or contact us for more information.
