    RED CROSS

    GERMANY International Youth Volunteering

Our International Youth Volunteering Programme (IYVP) offers young people (aged 18-30) the chance to volunteer overseas in another European country for eight to twelve months. As part of the European Voluntary Service (EVS) scheme, all IYVP projects are community-based, spanning a wide range of different services. Travel, accommodation and insurance costs are covered and volunteers will receive a small monthly allowance to cover additional expenses. We are looking to recruit volunteers to support the work of the German Red Cross, in placements lasting 12 months (September 2017 - September 2018). These placements will be in kindergartens and after-school clubs in Halle, and in the German Red Cross's Kaufbar in Braunschweig.

German language is not a prerequisite for these opportunities…
