Library books available for longer loan

From this summer we will be making more books available for longer loan.  We will have 3 main book statuses:
Reference books – for use in the library only – will have a [REFERENCE] label.
7 day loan – books in high demand – will have a [7 DAY LOAN] label.
All other books are for 28 day loan – will have no label.

More longer loan books = fewer renewals and lower charges

ID cards compulsory in Sheppard Library

All students are required to use their valid Middlesex ID in order to gain access to UniHelp and the Sheppard Library. For full details about this and what to do if you have lost or forgotten your card please read more here.

    Computer availability at Sheppard Library

There are over 900 Windows 7 PCs and Macs across campus and these are available in a number of buildings including the Sheppard Library, Library@Williams, College and Grove. While many of these machines can be used when not timetabled for teaching, others are open for general access. In order to make it easier for you to see what's available, a new service has been developed to show you real-time desktop PC and Mac availability information.

At present, this service shows computer availability for the Sheppard library and Royal Free, but we plan to roll it out across campus in due course.

The web page is available on UniHub and via the Library mobile app:

Sonic wallpapers exhibition - Museum of Domestic Design & Architecture
