UniHelp Letter Requests
If you need to request a letter, Grade Sheet or Diploma Supplement from UniHelp before Christmas, then this request will need to be made by 9.00am on Wednesday 14th December in order to guarantee that your document will be ready for collection or posting by Friday 16th December. Any requests received after this time may not be ready before January.**
UniHelp is your first port of call for general student enquiries. Advisors will be able to refer you to the appropriate specialist team, make an appointment for you to see a specialist or direct you to appropriate workshops or drop-in sessions.

Current opening times (UK only)
This is your student helpdesk, situated on the ground floor of the Sheppard Library. It brings together all face-to-face support for general student enquiries in one location at the Hendon campus. UniHelp Desk is the central place for handing in all coursework that is not submitted electronically. The only exceptions are pieces of coursework with specific formats such as art work, models, and large portfolios, where alternative arrangements will be made which will be set out in your Module Handbook.

In addition to answering general enquiries, the UniHelp Desk have a team of specialists available to answer your specific queries during core working hours (usually 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday). Depending on the time of year, there may also be dedicated counters for immediate specialist advice.
