Crisis and emergency help

Get up-to-date and relevant support and help in a crisis from the many organisations and medical facilities available.

Many services can only help you if you are resident in their area as well so it's important to check this before making contact.

Your first port of call should be your GP as they have overall responsibility for your physical and mental health care and can provide access to other National Health Services.
