Designed to meet your needs at particular stages of your student journey, MDXworks’ programmes run each academic year and welcome all those who wish to prepare to succeed in an ever growing and competitive employment market.
Our programmes are co-curricular but equally valuable to your degree, equipping you with transferable skills which will boost your employability profile and chances to obtain an internship, placement, or graduate role, as well as successfully become self-employed or launch your own business.
We encourage you to have a look at the programmes below, identify the ones you are interested in, and complete this short expression of interest form to receive updates. You can also follow our social media channels, where we send regular updates on all our opportunities at MDXworks.

The Emerging Professional Programme (EPP) offers a roadmap of flexible, interactive face-to-face activities designed to help develop your career readiness and the associated professional skills and attributes sought by employers.
This year's programme will be structured around five Industry Pathways (Creative; STEM; Business; Law; Public Sector, Psychology & Social Sciences), which are open to all students and recent graduates. There will be x3 sessions per pathway, totalling fifteen engagement opportunities over the first 2 weeks of June 2023.
We will then run a day of activities focusing on reflecting upon your learnings and strengths. This will also be an occasion for us to select the student teams that will take part in a 1-week industry project challenge (limited spaces available).
MDXadvantage is an intensive six-month programme for final year undergraduate students. You'll learn how to maximise your employability, boost your confidence in applying for graduate roles, and increase your chances of being selected for preferred roles.
