We encourage you to have a look at the programmes below, identify the ones you are interested in, and complete this short expression of interest form to receive updates. You can also follow our social media channels, where we send regular updates on all our opportunities at MDXworks.

The MDXcelerator sprint programme gives you the opportunity to access tailored start-up and entrepreneurship mentoring, meet with inspiring and successful business leaders through our masterclasses and workshops, improve on your pitching skills, win seed-funding, and potentially take over the world with your awesome idea!

Applications are now closed for this academic year's intake however, you can still attend the workshops and masterclasses. Do get in touch with us at mdxworks@mdx.ac.uk if you are interested.

You can read more about the previous sprint here.

  • Emerging Professional Programme

The Emerging Professional Programme (EPP) offers a roadmap of flexible, interactive face-to-face activities designed to help develop your career readiness and the associated professional skills and attributes sought by employers.

This academic year, the programme takes place over a three-week period and has a dedicated activity timetable designed around MDX’s Graduate Competencies! The first two weeks allowed students and graduates to take part in a number of challenges and experiences, on-campus, where they worked together and put to the test the competencies they’ve learned about throughout the fortnight. After this, the EPP concluded with a 1-week group project challenge for a select number of students who have shown suitable commitment* over the first 2 weeks. The successful project team, as voted by a panel of external experts, won £2500 (£500 per person).

Applications for this year's programme are now closed however, you can express your interest in taking part next year - you'll be the first to find out more details.

In the meantime, you can also access all sessions from the 2021/22 academic year programme via MDXworks.com.
