    The 2018 Mayor's Entrepreneur Competition is now open for entries

    Do you have an idea that can make London a better place to live and work?

    This is your chance to win £20k and expert support and advice from City Hall to bring your smart idea to life and be crowned the 2018 Mayor's Entrepreneur. Current students or recent graduate of Middlesex University now stands a chance to register and compete with other students from universities or colleges around London.

    Benefits of participating includes a chance to:

    - improve your skills and future employability
    - get free mentoring and workshops from business experts
    - pitch your ideas Dragon Den's style at City Hall
    - win £20,000 to bring your idea to life

    Middlesex's third year International Business student, Jimi Olaleye, has been appointed to promote this project and will be giving a short talk on campus on the following dates:

    Tuesday 9th Jan,
    Time: 4pm
    Venue: C128, College Building

    Thursday 18th Jan
    Time: 5.30pm
    Venue: CG10 College Building

    You can either attend these short talks on campus (there are additional spaces for 5-10 attendees in either of these sessions) or a FREE workshop at the City hall, where Jimi will be sharing tips on how to compete successfully. You can register for the free workshop below.

    Please note that the deadline for the submission of ideas is 18 February 2018.
