To study well you need to be in the best possible health – mentally and physically. To demonstrate our commitment to your wellbeing we are lunching our Wellbeing Framework.
Join us at the first of our launch events for Middlesex’s Wellbeing Framework.
On Tuesday 23rd October, from 12 ‘til 2pm in the Quad there will be a range of activities and information to launch three of our Wellbeing strands:
Come along and see what’s on offer to support you and help you make your time at Middlesex a success. There will be games, an aerial hoop, two watt bikes and a watt bike challenge, head and shoulder massages, a martial arts demo, a GP to chat to and register with, a listening bench, staff from the support services on hand, a chill-out hub with hot refreshments, a chance to sign up to our wellbeing apps and online support: MDXMoves, Silvercloud and HealthMatters and so much more!
