Middlesex offers free confidential support for any student struggling with a mental health issue

It's OK not to be OK. To mark World Mental Health Day, we've come up with all of the ways you can get support here at MDX:

    Talking to a trained professional

The Counselling & Mental Health team is made up of counsellors, psychological therapists and mental health advisors (experienced mental health professionals). From one-to-one counselling/psychological therapy to group workshops, they offer a range of support to suit your needs.
