Earn a free massage by filling in this short wellbeing survey

 What better way to unwind after the end of year deadlines than a free massage?

Do you currently find it tricky to find simple and relevant information about all aspects of wellbeing and services that can help you? Student Support and Wellbeing staff are working with a company called Living Wisdom to develop an online database of resources and easy to read information, all in one place.

To assist Living Wisdom in gaining feedback on this idea to take forward, please fill in this short survey.

In return for offering us your views on this exciting project, please take a screenshot of the ‘thank you’ screen when you have completed the survey which can be exchanged for a free 15 minute sports massage from the London Sport Institute.  Tips, advice and stretching exercises will also be offered on request.

Please send the screenshot of your completed survey confirmation to Alexander Jovanovski at A.Jovanovski@mdx.ac.uk, who will then contact you to book you in.

The massage clinic will run on 4th June in room CG62 with time slots between 11.00 and 15.00.

Benefits of getting a massage

Massage can be used to help with the following;

  • To reduce stress and anxiety and improve mood
  • To increase joint ROM and decrease joint pain
  • To reduce tension around the neck, shoulders and back
