Workshops available from the Counselling and Mental Health team to help deal with stressful periods

Want to develop your thinking strategies and navigate your way through stressful periods in your life as a student?

There are a number of workshops available for all students including:

  • How to get comfortable in your discomfort zone
  • Managing your critical voice
  • Reducing negatives and adding positives to your life
  • Dealing with procrastination
  • Presentation and performance anxiety
  • Learning to say “No!”
  • How to work successfully in groups.
  • Recognising your emotional triggers
