You can start today by registering for our FREE Online Stress & Anxiety course. The course begins on 4 March 2019, with live sessions in the evening (7-8pm)
Take the first steps to improving your wellbeing, all from the comfort of your own home. You just need internet access, an email address and a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Each online course is delivered by qualified therapist Dr Mike Scanlan. Each week he will provide you with the tools and ideas you need to improve your life.
This course is free to Barnet residents, employees and students over the age of 18.
