Please try to always stay alert to potential phishers and scammers. Remember, we will never ask for usernames or passwords in an email.
Tips on how to stay safe
Please don’t click on any links without checking that the email is genuine
Don’t open any attachments if you’re not sure that an email is legitimate
Never disclose any personal or financial details (including passwords), no member of staff would request this information directly
If in doubt, please simply delete the message without opening any links or attachments
You may also be asked to provide your TeamViewer personal details in order to solve a technical issue using remote access. If you have not raised an IT query and are requested to provide your ID and password, please refuse and report the incident.
