Weekly Wellbeing and Fika sessions run by your SLAs

Your Student Learning Assistants (SLAs) are delivering weekly face-to-face and online sessions this term. They will be bringing to you information sessions on wellbeing and Fika that can help you over the next term and throughout your studies.

Introduction to wellbeing project

Project introduction: Your SLAs – General Wellbeing and Fika
Friday 11 February, 2pm

This session will be an introduction to the project, with a focus on general Wellbeing and tips on what you can do through learning with the Fika app to exercise your mind. The project is for all at #TeamMDX, so feel free to drop into Sheppard Library, or online in this session will be hybrid!

Motivation, Handling Stress and Meditation
