Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW). We have a range of events taking place, take a look and register!

MHAW gives us an opportunity to be more mindful of our own and others’ mental health. This year’s theme is loneliness. It is so normal to feel lonely from time to time but our connection to people and our own communities is fundamental to protecting our own mental health.

Here at Middlesex,  please know you are never alone.  Did you know that Counselling and Mental Health (CMH) run Workshops on Demand? Explore sessions on managing procrastination, managing presentation and performance anxiety, developing healthy habits and more on UniHub.

This week, like every week, our Student Support Callers are available each weekday 9am-5pm.

The Uni Doctor are also on campus for their regular Friday GP clinic for registered students

We have a range of different events taking place over MHAW. Learn a new skillplay a sport you've been wanting to try for ages, develop your confidence and self-esteem, connect with your fellow students & make friends in the process! There are a mix of in-person and online options delivered by MDX and external organisations (click the links to find out more). Some activities will require you to register in advance.
