    Student Records System Update

    Due to essential updates there will be a period of time when some student systems will be unavailable. This work will take place over 9 days in December from Wednesday 5th to Thursday 13th December.

    During this time there will be some documents or letters that cannot be produced, for example:

    • Diploma Supplements
    • Credit Statements
    • standard letters ordered via myUniHub
    • non-standard letters produced by UniHelp
    • updates to your student record

    Systems should be available again for use from Friday 14th December, when we will be able to start fulfilling requests.

    Please also be aware that during the Christmas Vacation, from 20th December to 7th January, there will be limited staff availability so any outstanding requests may take longer to process.

    Various links in myUniHub unavailable

    As a result of the above work , various links in myUniHub will be unavailable.

    Portlets affected include:

    • Enrol Here
    • My Timetable
    • My Status
    • My Fees and Finances

    Please note that this does NOT affect your ability to login to myUniHub and access your e-learning resources via the My Learning portlet.

    Alternate access to resources

    Whilst the above work takes place, you will still be able to access some services directly via:

    • Quick Links section at the bottom of this page
    • MDXapp – https://app.mdx.ac.uk or download MDXapp from the Apple or Play store. (Hendon Students)
