Due to essential updates there will be a period of time when some student systems will be unavailable. This work will take place over 9 days in December from Wednesday 5th to Thursday 13th December.
During this time there will be some documents or letters that cannot be produced, for example:
Systems should be available again for use from Friday 14th December, when we will be able to start fulfilling requests.
Please also be aware that during the Christmas Vacation, from 20th December to 7th January, there will be limited staff availability so any outstanding requests may take longer to process.
