Research suggests that getting your thoughts out on paper is a super healthy way to navigate through any problems or emotional issues, as well as just being a way place to store your thoughts. With this in mind, we are holding a session for you guys to design your own journey or diary, that you can use however you see fit. Perhaps you just want to write your exam dates in it… we won’t judge you!
