    Change how you feel by changing how you think

    This workshop will be led by Middlesex University’s counselling team and is aimed to equip students in dealing with low level stress, anxiety and depression effectively using Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic techniques.

    Places are limited to 20.

    University Mental Health Day is the national campaign to promote mental health of students and staff in higher education. This year, Middlesex University and MDX Students' Union are collaborating to run a range of activities focused around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing:

    • Learn
    • Give
    • Take Notice

    Activities will be centred in the Quad between 11am and 3pm.
