27/05/2016
Three of our Illustration students have recently won a competition run by the Association Of Illustrators to design artwork for Punk London, a festival celebrating 40 years of punk heritage in London.

Punk LondonThe influential Association Of Illustrators approached a select group of universities including Middlesex and invited students to take part in the competition to design a poster for Punk London. The challenge sparked the creativity of Middlesex’s illustration students Molly Howard-Foster, Henry Mata and Shazleen Khan.

All three students have been selected, out of a total of four winners. Their designs will be used to advertise the festival in Time Out and promote upcoming Punk London events both in print and digitally.

Nancy Slonims, Programme Leader BA Hons Illustration, commented on the students’ success: “BA Illustration were delighted to be invited to participate in this exciting project by Derek Brazell, Projects Manager of the Association of Illustrators.”
