    About Give it a Go

    A programme of sports courses suitable for beginners. Courses take place from 6 to 8 weeks (depending on the sport) with participants being introduced to the sport, and learning the basics, and receiving coaching to enable progression towards intermediate proficiency. Sessions generally take place once per week. Price is £20 per activity.

    Some sessions take place off campus, at an external venue and we offer a free minibus service to these sessions. To register and book your place on the minibus, please visit The Sports Office in MDX House.

        • Learn to Box 12.45-1.45pm The Fitness Studio
        • Self-Defence Class 1.45-2.45pm The Fitness Studio
        • Squash 4.45 - 5.45pm (Minibus/ external venue)
      • Thursday
        • Volleyball 6.00 - 8.00pm External (minibus provided)
        • Tennis 5.30-6.30pm MAC Courts
      • Friday
        • Lacrosse Mixed 5.30-7.00pm 3G pitch
        • Cricket Nets Outdoors Mixed 5.30-6.30pm MAC courts
