Details of opening hours for all the campus libraries can be found on our opening hours page. Please note that opening hours are different in term time and vacations so it's always best to check if you are making a special journey.
If you have not registered to reset your password, you should contact UniHelp online or call 0208 411 6060 where staff will be able to reset your password. If you are on campus you can ask staff at the library UniHelp desk to reset your password. Please remember to have your Middlesex ID card with you.
If you have registered to reset your password, you can click the ‘Forgotten your password tab’ on the MyUniHub login page by going straight to the password reset page.
If you need further assistance in resetting your password, you can go to the UniHelp desks on the ground floor of the Sheppard Library.
'How To' guides are available which provide wireless access information for various devices. If you need further assistance please speak to an IT specialist at a helpdesk.
We recommend that you don't take books overseas. If you do find yourself in a position where you have items overseas and wish to renew them, renew online if your item has been reserved, or contact library staff on: 0044208 411 6060 or email: email@example.com.
We do accept postal returns addressed to Returns at Sheppard Library, Middlesex University, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BT.
