Issues accessing laptops, computers or the internet
Loan Laptops - Due to increased demand, we don't have loan laptops available at the moment. Please bear with us as we work to make more available. Please submit your laptop request via UniHelp with your UK contact number, and we'll be in touch once we have a laptop for you.
You will not be able to borrow a laptop from the self- service cabinets as they are not in service.
Loan Laptop Returns: The return date has been extended to Friday 27 May 2022
You can return laptops to the Security Office in the College Building seven days a week between 8am and 6pm.
Please raise a ticket with UniHelp and they’ll ensure the correct team looks into it.
For further assistance please follow our guidance for maximising broadband connections.
