Fika and Big White Wall are both online self-care and mental health resources which are exclusively free for all MDX students.
Fika is designed for daily use with short workouts to keep you mentally fit and Big White Wall gives you a deeper dive into health and wellbeing with 24/7 moderation by trained professionals.
They can be used independently to help look after your wellbeing while complementing each other nicely.
Fika is an evidence based mental fitness app which is inspired by Scandinavian culture and draws on scientific evidence from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology to build emotional fitness.
