    On Friday, 15 April 2016 crowdfunding experts Hubbub will be running an interactive workshop on how to secure funding for projects close to your heart using MDXBusinessCrowdfund.

    Crowdfunding campaigns can be used to raise money for business start ups, university clubs or sports teams, the development of films, products or events, academic research projects, personal challenges and much more.

    During the session Hubbub will cover what makes a successful crowdfunding pitch, effective campaign promotion and 'how to make the ask'  - especially if you don't know potential donors personally.

    Who are Hubbub?

    Hubbub power various university crowdfunding platforms in the UK and overseas. They also run the Hubbub Academy, a free online resource for would-be crowdfunders. You can access this through MDXBusinessCrowdfund.

    What is MDXBusinessCrowdfund?

    Run out of the Business School, MDXBusinessCrowdfund is Middlesex University’s very own crowdfunding platform. It is open to all students and staff from our Hendon campus.

    Why use MDXBusinessCrowdfund?

    The advantages of using MDXBusinessCrowdfund include feedback on your campaign before it goes live and advice on promotion.  You also benefit from magnified publicity as featured projects are promoted to Middlesex University's supporters and alumni.
