| 8.30am - 10.00am | 11.00am - 1.00pm | 2.00pm - 4.00pm | Graduates collect their seating card and guest tickets in the Grove Atrium, then collect their gowns. Once collected graduates and guests proceed to photography in the Vine building. |
| 9.30am - 10.15am | 12.30pm - 1.15pm | 3.30pm - 4.15pm | Graduates and guests take their seats in the ceremony marquee. |
| 10.20am | 1.20pm | 4.20pm | Ceremony begins with a fanfare and procession of academic staff. If graduates or guests arrive more than 15 minutes after the ceremony has started they will be refused admission and moved to the next available ceremony. This may be the same or next day. |
| 11.30am | 2.30pm | 5.30pm | The Vice-Chancellor will close the ceremony and the procession exits the ceremony. Graduates will stand and follow the procession on instructions. |
| 11.30am - 12.30pm | 2.30pm - 3.30pm | 5.30pm - 6.30pm | A drinks reception will take place in the Rickett Quadrangle. |
| 7.00pm | 7.00pm | 7.00pm | Official photography closes and all hired gowns must be returned to CG51 in the College Building. |
