  • Dissertation or major project
  • Organisation and management
  • Resources
  • Support

  • Overall satisfaction

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.

What happens to the results?

Your feedback is important. At Middlesex University we work closely with the Students’ Union to ensure our students can make their voices heard. Your feedback helps us to identify what is working well and any enhancements that can be made to the student experience.

You can find more details of changes made as a result of student feedback on the Your Impact page.

You can check out the results of previous PTES surveys here.

Results and actions are discussed at Programme Voice Group meetings.

In previous years, students' feedback has led to improvements including:

    • Careers and Employability – we've set up a new course to support you in learning how to target the right employer in the UK and a dedicated guide to your career, additional career resources for international students including a list of sponsoring companies at our annual careers fair Gradstock. We've also increased support for students seeking part-time work and created a brand-new guide to finding a part-time job.
    • Mental Wellbeing Support – we've developed a wide range of support, including online guidance and apps to maintain your wellbeing; as well as counselling and mental health appointments and workshops; and  support for those with disabilities or dyslexia.
    • Cost of Living support and Catering - managing your finances can be challenging, and we want you to have the help you need to get the most out of your time at Middlesex. We've continued the Living Costs Fund and details of all financial supportis available online.
