Each year Middlesex University updates myUniHub to improve the functionality and performance of the University’s online student services.
As a result of this it is now important and good practice to regularly maintain the operating system on which myUniHub runs to ensure:
In order for us to introduce these improvements there will be a quarterly disruption to our existing services. We will work hard to ensure this disruption is kept to a minimum and will keep you updated as this work takes place.
Disruption to services will occur as follows:
myUniHub will be unavailable on the dates above due to essential system maintenance. During this time, there will be no access for students to any part of myUniHub including My Learning. This outage cycle will happen on a Friday every March, July & November/December.
The University Student Records System will be unavailable on the dates above and as a result, various links in myUniHub will be inaccessible. Portlets affected include, but are not restricted to:
Please note that this does NOT affect your ability to login to myUniHub and access your e-learning resources via the My Learning portlet.
The above work is taking place at times which avoids disruption during the May exam period. Further information about any disruption during the above months will be displayed on the front page of UniHub, System Status portlet in myUniHub, Library social media and on screens around the Hendon Campus.
