Mental Health Netflix Night (Atypical) with Elena | Friday 9 April | 6.00pm

Join us for a relaxing Netflix Party! On Friday 9th April, we will be watching the first 4 episodes of the Netflix original series ‘Atypical’, a heartfelt comedy that follows the story of Sam, a teenager on the autism spectrum who has decided he is ready for romance. Grab a bag of popcorn, and action!

  • Moodboards: Branding Your Projects with Elena | Tuesday 13 April | 1.00pm

    Mood boards (or inspiration boards) are a collage of ideas, colours and visuals that help big projects mature faster during the initial brainstorming process. They can save you time and loads of energy! In this event, we will be learning everything about them, and we'll create our own themed boards. Join us!

  • No exercise Chill Party with Ruben | Tuesday 13 April | 6.00pm

    Join us for a No working out one hour session! Grab your yoga mats, bring a water bottle, don’t forget the snacks, dress accordingly and let's NOT exercise together!

  • International Chillout Hub with MDXSU | Wednesday 14 April | 1.00pm

    Here at  MDXSU want to provide you with space and resources you need to meet with others who share similar experiences and find out what support you can ask for!  So come pop into our wellbeing hub to play some games, have a chat, and connect with other international students. Feel free to bring your favourite snacks!

  • Harry Potter and The Order of MDX 2 with Adela and Viki | Wednesday 14 April | 4.00pm

    Come all  Potterheads to join our Harry Potter themed online session (again). Learn something new about the wizarding world. Don’t forget to make yourself a butter beer for the occasion :)

  • Weekly Casual Games Night with the Game Society | Wednesday 14 April | 7.00pm

    All are welcome to join the Game  Society to play fun online activities like Among Us, JackBox, Pictionary and much more.

  • London Virtual Tour with Gabriel | Thursday 15 April | 3.00pm

    If you haven't been able to visit or experience the city yet, join our London Virtual Experience Tour for the second time! Learn fun and interesting facts about the main touristic places. All students are welcome to join.

LGBTQ+ Netflix Party led by Ruben & Gabriel | Friday 16 April | 6.30pm

Join Ruben and Gabriel for a relaxing Friday night Netflix Party! We will be watching The Boys in the band which features all LGBTQ+ actors.

  • Yoga (slow flow) | Every Monday | 1.00pm

    Come along to our weekly Yoga sessions.

    On Monday afternoons, you can expect a slower flow to move you into the day with energy.

  • Pilates | Every Monday | 7.00pm

    Join Audrey from 'The Fitness Pod' for her weekly Pilates workout.

    Pilates promotes strength, balance and muscle development.

  • Yoga (strong flow) | Every Tuesday | 8.00am

    Come along to our weekly Yoga sessions.

    On Tuesday mornings, you can expect a stronger flow to move you into the day with energy.

  • 30 Min Core Class | Every Tuesday | 6.00pm

    Join in our online Tuesday 30 minute core session.  The core class will start with some low-intensity cardio to warm up the muscles before moving straight into the abdominal work. You'll crunch, plank and sit-up your way to washboard abs, constantly alternating between muscle groups to keep the body active.

  • Floor Barre | Every Wednesday | 5.00pm

    Floor-Barre is a ballet-inspired workout designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, build core, hip, and foot control, and improve body alignment and balance. Give this session a go, your body will thank you for it.

  • Life Skills Series: Develop your mental fitness with your SLAs | Thursday 15 April | 10.00am

    SLAs Jess & Sofie are working in collaboration with Fika – a mental fitness app that’s exclusively free to the #TeamMDX community - to deliver a programme to develop your mental fitness. Your mental fitness skills are a series of important life skills which you will use at university and beyond. So it's definitely worth coming to this session- you might just learn something new about yourself.

  • Life Skills Series: Join an online community with UniHelp | Every Thursday | 4.00pm

    It can feel hard to be connected with the university during COVID-19.

    We want you to tell us about your experiences so far at MDX and find out about the support we can offer. You are also welcome to just come along for some company and enjoy a chat.

  • Zumba | Every Thursday | 7.00pm

    Come along to our weekly Zumba sessions where you can get your heart racing to the rhythm and beat of the music. This is definitely a fun and unique way to exercise.
