    Staying active with us

    We are pleased to announce the return of our on site class programme with our instructors in person. Classes can be booked using the Fitness Pod app or by booking on site at one of our electronic booking stations at The Fitness Pod.

    1. Members will be required to pre-book their classes via the the Fitness Pod available from iTunes or Googleplay
    2. Your login details will be as follows:

      • Username: your email address
      • Password: Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY)

    There is also a free shuttle bus service from Hendon campus outside rear of Sheppard Library to StoneX Stadium.

    • Learn it Love It

      Our Learn it Love it activities are designed to introduce you to exciting new sports you may never have had the opportunity to try before.

      You can expect things like fencing, tag rugby, boxing and much more. Activities are run from September to April.

    • Free activities

      Throughout the year, we run a variety of social, turn up and play, sport sessions on campus including football, soccer, rounders and basketball.

      We also host less formal activities like jogging, swimming and table tennis.

      All activities are completely free, open to everyone and all equipment is provided; simply turn up and play.

    • Organise your own games

      If you want to plan your own games with friends, you can simply book a court, equipment or pitch and get started.

      We have three Multi Activity Courts (MAC's), a floodlit 3G pitch and a bouldering wall on campus allowing you to play a variety of sports from tennis, badminton, basketball, netball, 5-a-side football and cricket.

      We have a wide range of sports teams you can join. All sports are open to both men and woman with all levels of ability welcome.
