    • How Many Guest Tickets Can I Have?

      Graduates can book two guest tickets at £30 each by the deadline of 5pm on 7th June. Tickets are not transferable to future ceremonies and can be cancelled online up to 5pm on 13th June. No refunds are offered after this date for graduates or guests that do not turn up on the day of the ceremony.

    • Do Children Need a Ticket?

      Children aged 6 and over are allowed into the ceremony, but you must purchase a ticket for them to attend.  Children aged five and under and other guests without a ticket are able to watch via the lecture theatres in CG76 and CG77. We reserve the right to refuse admission to children we believe to be under the age of six even if they have a ticket.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  If a guest arrives without a ticket and has a child with them we will not reimburse the cost of the ticket.

    • How do I get my tickets?

      Tickets can be collected from in the Grove Atrium on the day of your ceremony. You must bring photo ID and your confirmation email as proof of your registration to collect your tickets. Lost tickets will not be replaced or reimbursed.  Only the graduate can collect their own tickets.

    • Refunds

      Refunds on guest tickets can be made up to 5pm on 13th June by cancelling your booking through the Ede and Ravenscroft website. After this date refunds can not be made if you decide not to attend.

      Refunds can not be made if your guests do not turn up or can not make the ceremony. If you or your guest requires a visa and the visa is refused you must cancel your tickets online by 5pm on 13th June.

      If you are ill on the day of your ceremony and can provide medical evidence a refund may be made in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the graduation office for further instructions by 12th July.  We will not offer refunds after this date.

    • Will I be seated with my guests?

      Graduates and guests sit separately and you will be shown to your seat by a marshal. Children can not sit with graduates so please make sure you have an appropriate adult who can sit with them throughout the ceremony.

    • One of my guests has an accessibility request – can you accommodate them?

      When you book there will be a question that asks whether you or any of your guests has an accessibility request - please answer yes to this question and we will contact you for further information.     • Can I have extra tickets and how much are they?

      Extra tickets, if available, go on sale from 12 noon on 10th June until 5pm on 13th June or until they run out if this is earlier.  Extra tickets are only available to students who booked to attend their ceremony by the deadline.  We can not give any guarantees that we are able to offer extra tickets to any graduate.

    • How do I apply for extra tickets?

      Full details of how to apply for extra tickets will be emailed to students who have booked by the deadline.

    • Can I get extra tickets on the day of my ceremony?

      Any tickets we have left over after extra ticket sales close are available on a first come first served basis from the ticket sales desk in the Grove Atrium once doors open for the ceremony in question.  We do not sell these tickets at an earlier time or date nor do we reserve tickets.

    • Can guests without tickets attend?

      Guests who do not have tickets into the ceremony can watch from the video link in CG76 and CG77.
