Learning to look after yourself is something we facilitate with a number of free online resources which you can explore in your own time from the comfort of your home, or your pocket! These resources are commonly referred to by CMH staff as well as staff working in the NHS and other organisations. These resources, along with student support services, are all part of what you pay for as a student at Middlesex, so make sure that you use them!
