    Diploma supplements and certificates

    Diploma Supplements

    All students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a diploma supplement on completion of their studies. This can be used to officially verify module results and final classifications.

    The initial diploma supplement is free of charge and is posted out within two months of the publication of final results.  The diploma supplement is posted with your certificate.

    Diploma Supplements cannot be issued to students with outstanding debt to the University. If you have an outstanding debt please contact our Finance Department. +44 (0)20 8411 6400+44 (0)20 8411 6400 or by emailing them direct

    Certificates

    All students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a final qualification certificate.  Certificates are posted out within 2 months of the publication of final results.  The diploma supplement is posted with your certificate.

    Unless you indicate a specific address, certificates are posted to the student's permanent home address registered on Unihub. It is your responsibility to ensure that the University has your most up-to-date address. If the address that we currently have for you is incorrect please update this on MyUnihub.

    Certificates will not be issued to students with outstanding debt to the University.

    You can check when your certificate has been posted by logging into MyUnihub, under MyModules and Grades.  If you have not received your certificate within three months of the posting date please contact Unihelp.

    Digital Certificates

    From June 2020 all students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a digital certificate.  The digital certificate will be available within 2 months of the publication of final results.  You can register to view your digital certificate once your qualification has been conferred and you have received an email advising you that your certificate is now ready to view.  If you have not received an email within two months of your date of conferment please contact Unihelp.

    Replacement Diploma Supplements and Certificates

    Replacement Diploma Supplement (Transcripts)

    Requests for a replacement Diploma Supplement/Transcript should be made through the Onlinestore

    There is a £15 charge for an additional copy of a Diploma Supplement.

    If you want to make a request for a copy of your Diploma Supplement to be sent to another educational institution please contact UniHelp. There is no charge for this service.

    If your qualification was awarded before 1993, please call UniHelp on 020 8411 6060020 8411 6060.

    Replacement Certificates

    There is a charge of £65 for a replacement certificate. You are required to complete an application online to obtain a replacement certificate.Format Area

    Third-Party Verifications

    From June 2020 all students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a digital certificate.  If you are a third party wishing to verify a graduates qualification you can do this via our Middlesex University Digital Documents portal.

    You will need to register to make a Connection with a graduate and graduates can also initiate a Connection with you.

    Please read our User Guide before using the portal.  Further FAQs and Support can also be found on the portal.

    You can also use our SmartVerify portal to see whether a graduates certificate is valid.  Simply scan the QR code that can be found on the top left-hand corner of the certificate.
