  • IT Specialists

    Specialist IT staff can support you with computing related queries and services including.

    • advice and help for personal devices such as laptops, tablets, and mobiles
    • Windows laptop loans
    • Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

    • assistance with software downloads

    Hours
    The StudyHelp IT Specialist Desk is open during term time:
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  • Student Learning Assistants (SLAs)

    The SLA signposts students to relevant service teams and manage likely waiting times in addition to:

    • Providing time management and revision techniques
    • Offering student perspective, support and advice on a range of academic/study needs
    • Reinforcing collaborative learning experiences and opportunities for students
    • Encouraging peers to overcome learning challenges
    • Providing a welcoming and reassuring environment for students
