Millie Page is a third-year student and Zoe Carciente is a second-year student, both studying BSc Child Nursing. As student nurses they spend the majority of their time on placements, lecture halls, studying and researching information they need to know.
On the 5th of March they were selected to be a part of a group of students from different fields to sit at a panel from the Nursing and Midwifery Council. They answered questions and shared their views regarding the approval of the BSc Nursing programme for September 2019.
Millie and Zoe greatly value their time as students and it is with their feedback, they aim to inspire and shape the futures of upcoming student nurses. They are examples of vocal and proactive students, as they represented the cohort as Student Voice Leaders and Student Learning Assistants.
