We have a variety of leisure classes on offer, delivered by qualified instructors and they are a great way to keep fit and have fun. Classes are open to members and non-members of The Fitness Pod. All classes advertised are included in our Fitness memberships.
You can book a leisure class in one of three simple ways. By using the Fitness Pod app on your smart phone, or by booking in via our electronic kiosk located outside the gym, or by visiting the Fitness Pod reception.
We offer a variety of Ladies only classes and gym sessions. Simply check out the leisure class timetable for a list of current activities.
No need to pre-book your place on these sessions simply just turn up. Open to all

If you want to try out a new sport in a friendly 'come and play' type environment then check out our Give it a Go activities, designed to give people introductions in to exciting new sports you may never have had the opportunity to try before. You can expect things like fencing, tag rugby, futsal and much more. Activities run from September - April.

Every week during term time we run a variety of FREE sports. These are social, just turn up and play, sessions on campus.
All activities are completely free, and all equipment is provided- simply turn up and play.
