The Sport & Recreation Service offer a treatment clinic with sessions delivered by qualified practitioners. A wide range of treatments are available and can address ‘aches and pains’ muscoskeletal problems, injuries etc. Referrals to your G.P. or other specialist can also be provided. Treatment interventions include: Joint mobilisation, postural corrective techniques, kinsio taping, soft tissue manipulation / release and massage.

About Reka: Reka originally qualified as a Medical Massage Therapist, in 2009. She has been working with Circle care, a professional physiotherapy team since 2018. She has also recently qualified as a Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation Therapist, from Middlesex University 2022.
Reiki is a type of energy healing which helps the flow of energy and can help remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture. Reiki improves the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Reiki can help to heal physical, emotional and mental problems, working on all levels to help our wellbeing.
Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands just above the physical body in order to channel reiki energy. Reiki can work to heal a variety of issues from emotional pain and trauma, to stress, and physical problems and pain. Toni is a Usui Reiki Master practitioner and teacher and is registered with the UK Reiki federation.
