Then why not apply to become an MDX Course Ambassador?

We are seeking current UG students to help promote their courses specifically to prospective students who are interested in their subject area. Course Ambassadors will act as a point of contact for all prospective students, but particularly for Offer Holders, inspiring them to follow a similar path to you. As part of your day to day duties, you will:

  • Participate in Open Day subject talks and answer questions from parents and students
  • Participate in Applicant Day taster sessions and sit on the panel of the student and parent Q&A
  • Take part in additional conversion events
  • Contact potential students by telephone for a range of reasons
  • Attend subject specific fairs
  • Write regular blog and social media posts, and contribute to online chats, encouraging students to ask questions and providing answers and advice
  • Be involved in the production of CRM emails, students profiles and web pages, including videos, photos, quotes and written copy

This is a part time post with flexible working hours which will provide you with a varied and practical range of work experience, whilst having a positive influence on young people's lives. The number of hours you will be required to work per week will vary depending on your subject area, but you will be expected to complete the tasks above within the allotted hours.
