Middlesex University carries out regular security updates to improve the functionality and performance of the University’s online student services. This includes myUniHub, MDXapp and Student Records.
As a result of this it is now important and good practice to regularly maintain the operating system on which the above services runs to ensure:
In order for us to introduce these improvements there will be monthly disruption to our existing services. We will work hard to ensure this disruption is kept to a minimum and will keep you updated as this work takes place.
Whilst this work takes place, you will still be able to access some services directly via the Quick Links section on the Systems Status page.
myUniHub will be unavailable on the dates above due to essential system maintenance. During this time, there will be no access for students to any part of myUniHub. You can still access My Learning via the following link: https://mdx.mrooms.net/login/index.php
The University Student Records System will be unavailable on the dates above and as a result, various links in myUniHub will be inaccessible. Portlets affected include, but are not restricted to:
Please note that this does NOT affect your ability to login to myUniHub and access your e-learning resources via the My Learning portlet.
MDXapp is being updated on the above dates. You will still be able to access MDXapp during this time although certain tiles may be affected.
