Coose from our series of Active Break videos

Join in with our mood boosting endorphin inducing active break stretch videos. In these short videos our instructors from The Fitness Pod, take you through a series of active stretches needed to re energise your body and mind with an active break. These stretch sessions can be performed anywhere, do not need tons of space to do so, simply break up your lecture or working day whenever you need to feel re-energised. Active breaks are short bursts of physical activity performed in the classroom or office as a break from regular learning and work tasks. Active breaks have been shown to have a positive effect on behaviour and attention immediately following participation, so let’s get stretching!
