  • The free personal eTextbooks scheme

Free personal eTextbooks are provided to all students enrolled on undergraduate and postgraduates modules based at the UK Hendon campus. The eTextbook is yours to keep through your degree and after.

The scheme is run in partnership with the company Kortext. Look out for emails from Kortext sent to your Middlesex University email account. These emails activate your eTextbooks and update you on any new books added to your account.

This interactive session will give you tips and tricks on how to access and get the most from your free textbooks and give you the opportunity to ask any questions to the Personal eTextbooks team.

  • Apps everywhere

AppsAnywhere uses a web interface for access to the University’s software applications and offers a much improved student experience.

We want to make sure software is delivered not only within teaching spaces on campus but make them available off campus too, on personally owned devices.

Take a look at our video to see how our students are using it and read our instruction guide on how to log on to AppsAnywhere for the first time.

Please note: Mac is not supported yet, our IT Department will start planning for this in the near future.
