We hope you will have an opportunity to take a break and relax for at least part of the break, but we understand that some of you may still be around on campus, studying or need our support.
UniHelp, Sheppard Library, Fitness pod and Food outlets will remain partially open during the break, however most services are closed.
UniHelp will continue to operate a limited service during the break. UniHelp desk and telephone services close at 5pm on Tuesday 19 December 2023.
UniHelp staff will still be available via live Chat from 11am to 3pm, answering general enquiries, including password and two-factor authentication issues, but if you have a specific enquiry that needs to be transferred to a specialist team you can expect a response after 3 January 2024 when the University re-opens. You can always submit an online query at any time but you may need to wait slightly longer than usual for a response if a query is submitted during the break. Please see further information about UniHelp.
Letters ordered via myUniHub (i.e. Student Status Letters, Bank Letters, Council Tax Letters) should be requested and submitted as soon as possible.
All other letters which are produced by UniHelp, should also be requested as soon as possible to allow the team to produce them. They may not be able to guarantee when you will receive these but they will complete as many requests as possible before the break. If you need an International Student’s Employment Letter we would suggest requesting this now.
