Middlesex’s postgraduate community came together last Tuesday for a celebratory banquet to mark the end of a great year.
VIP guests included Marketing Management alumnus Danish Bagadia, currently Head of Biddable Media at Google, and Music School alumna Jean Martyn, the Britain's Got Talent Finalist currently on tour promoting her latest album.
Through the meal, compered by MDX Dean for the School of Law - Joshua Castellino - the duo spoke of their Middlesex experiences and how much the University has influenced their current careers, before speaking 1-2-1 with students about their own aspirations.
"It's been great to meet with students and see how much the campus has changed since I graduated." Jean told the crowd. "I can't wait to come back for your next event."
Jean then performed a medley of Christmas music and audience requests as students networked with Danish, Joshua, MDX academics and staff. Photos of the event can be found here.
