The Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture (MoDA) is inviting Middlesex University students to get involved in a paid project to develop their employability, think creatively and reflectively, and give their CVs a boost.
Ten students from across all faculties will work collaboratively to create five short videos which showcase what MoDA has to offer, how MoDA’s collections inspire Middlesex University students, and what students find most exciting, emotive, and intriguing about MoDA’s incredible collections.
Whether students want to get on screen, or get behind the camera, all students will have an opportunity to develop their own employability and professional skills.
Applications are now open through Unitemps for both Video Makers, and Video Presenters:
The application deadline is 1st May 2017. Successful Video Presenter applicants will receive personalised training from LET about presentation skills. The final ten will receive £9.75 per hour for 6 hours work each. The finished videos will be made available online, showcasing the fantastic, creative, and professional skills of Middlesex University students.
For more information or to have a chat about getting involved, email Dr Serena Dyer, MoDA’s Curator, on email@example.com.
