Arriving late? Although you have missed your programme welcome events please do not worry - we will help you to get started.

Please make sure you enrol online as soon as you have received your login details. You can do this by logging on to myUniHub – either away from the University campus or on campus.

If you have difficulty with this please call UniHelp on 0208 411 6060.

If you are arriving late and by Friday 30 September inclusive

After you have enrolled, please make your way to campus and visit the Welcome HelpDesk located in the College Building Quad. It is most important that you have paid your fees – the Welcome HelpPoint staff will help you to do this, get your student ID card and find out what's next, such as get help with your timetable, arrange to meet your programme leader and get your programme handbook. If you have luggage for which you need temporary storage, please ask at the Welcome HelpPoint.

If you are arriving late and over the weekend of Saturday 1 or Sunday 2 October

Please first enrol online and go to UniHelpDesk located in the Sheppard Library. UniHelpDesk is open from 8.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 6pm on weekends. We would advise that you arrive on campus as early in the day as possible to avoid the busiest times.

If you are arriving late from Monday 3 October

Please come directly to the Reception at Sheppard Library. Let staff know you are late arriving and they will direct you immediately to support from UniHelpDesk Advisors and the Achievement team.
