      Late arrival information

      Arriving late? Even if you can’t attend your Programme Induction please do not worry - we will help you to get started.

      Enrolment

      Please make sure you enrol online as soon as you have received your login details. You can do this by logging on to myUniHub. If you have difficulty with this or haven’t received your login details please contact UniHelp.

      Where to go

      Please make your way to campus and visit our Welcome support team at UniHelp, which is in the Sheppard Library.

      Our staff will help you:

      • Enrol, if you were having any difficulties doing so online
      • Check you have paid any outstanding fees to the University
      • Complete your ID check, so that you can then pick up your student ID card
      • Find your timetable
      • Identify your Programme Leader and give you their contact details

      1. If you are still looking for accommodation please visit our accommodation page or email us at accomm@mdx.ac.uk.
      2. Do not forget to claim your free Student Discount Card. The NUS Extra card (now known as TOTUM) offers discounts on everything from food to fashion, and from groceries to days out.
      3. Student University Guide - This is the official guide to your first year at Middlesex. Here you will find answers to many of your questions including how to enrol, your timetable, library, IT and support services, accommodation, as well as, academic information. You can pick up a hard copy of your Student Guide at UniHelp, which is in the Sheppard Library.
