How to stay healthy

  • The Fitness Pod

Our state of the art gym has an exciting new multi-functional rig alongside our updated range of static machines and free weight areas. Memberships can be purchased from the Fitness Pod reception, located on the lower ground floor of MDX House.

  • Fitness at Home

The MDX Sport team and fitness instructors are currently working on a series of short videos to help you stay fit and active whilst at home.

We will be releasing videos from our instructors every Monday and Wednesday with a live Friday Zumba session with Audrey. Sessions will be available on MDX Sport Facebook page.

  • Your friendly Counselling and Mental Health team

Part of Student Support and Wellbeing, CMH is a team of mental health professionals that holds a confidential space of compassion and support for you, and we’re here to offer you guidance and orientation on emotional wellbeing and mental health.

We provide a series of individual and group sessions to help you cope with current issues that are impacting your student journey like stress, anxiety, low mood, or procrastination. Our services are provided both online and in-person, aligning to the Middlesex blended-learning experience offered this academic year.

We can also help you address any emotional difficulties that you've been having and support you in processing impactful experiences and events. Find out more here
